MEET THE TEAM
Jon Rossman has been with Chuckals since 2010, first serving as Vice President and now currently as Owner and President. Jon oversees all facets of the business, including supporting his employees and providing customers with world class service and products. Paired alongside of Jon’s passion for Chuckals is his desire to partner with small businesses to create a better South Sound region. Jon also serves on many boards that support his interests for making the South Sound the best place to work and play. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Maria is Chuckals’ Director of Finance and Human Resources. With the company since 1998, it is her responsibility to manage the financial and human resources functions to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. When she's not working, you might find Maria spending time with her daughter, working on a puzzle, or simply being active.
Tyler is our Director of Sales, and has been with the company since 2014. He manages the sales team, cultivates new business, and is dedicated to customer satisfaction and retention. Tyler is a WSU grad and former football player who enjoys golfing, watching sports, and cooking. He is married and has four daughters.
Kayleen Koth joined Chuckals June 2009 first as a Furniture Manager/Consultant, Certified Office Ergonomics Evaluator and Designer. With over 25 years in the commercial furniture industry, her philosophy remains consistent - to provide our clients with quality products and services that meet their timetable and budget. She enjoys spending her free time reading, cooking and spending time with her husband and 3 standard poodles.
Matt Williams started at Chuckals in 2007. Currently, Matt is Chuckals operations manager. He oversees operations within our warehouse, drivers, and furniture installers. When not at Chuckals, he loves spending time with his family.
Steve has worked in sales for Chuckals since 1996. His extensive experience allows him to expertly provide clients with premier service. Steve enjoys sports, traveling, and being in the great outdoors.
Tracy has been on the Chuckals team since 2008 and serves as Special Projects Administrator. In this role, she enters and processes project orders, schedules and oversees installation, and provides courteous customer service. Tracy is a hiking and backpacking enthusiast.
Janet Greenlaw has been in the office supply industry since 1989, and with Chuckals since 2014. This experience allows her to excel in her role in Government and Commercial Sales Support, where she handles inside sales and government inquiries. In her free time, she is a taxi driver (of sorts) for her two daughters. She enjoys knitting, being outdoors, and tending to her flock of chickens.
Satoshi joined the business development team in 2015. With over 25 years in the office product industry, he has specialized expertise in ergonomic conversion, space planning, and office design. A fun fact about Satoshi: he is accomplished in Japanese fusion cuisine and cooking.
With Chuckals since 1985, Lori serves the team as Purchasing Manager. Her main responsibilities include purchasing, shipping and receiving, credit returns, and more. When she’s not at work, you might find Lori spending time with family and friends, reading, or taking a walk on the beach.
Gary has been at Chuckals since 2000, and serves the team and our customers as a Delivery Driver. He is skilled at providing efficient, on-time delivery of products, as well as solid customer service. Outside of work, Gary enjoys attending Bible study, spending time with friends, and completing yard work.
Steve joined the Chuckals team in June of 2019. He is married with no children and is an amateur musician in his off time.
