General Return Policy

Chuckals Office Products is glad to offer a hassle-free return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in their unopened, original packaging in new condition. Defective or damaged items must also be returned within the 30 day period in their original packaging. Food, beverage, first aid, and special order items are non-returnable. To return an item, please call our Customer Service team at 253-620-2350 or email customerservice@chuckals.net and we will be happy to assist you!

Furniture Return Policy

In Stock furniture returns:  Customers have 30 days to return In Stock furniture, it must be unused and in original packaging.
After 30 days, there will be a re-stocking fee of up to 50% plus any applicable freight costs.

Products custom manufactured, made to order, Furniture Advantage or special ordered to meet specific needs are not returnable.
